Grace specialises in Cayman Islands investment funds and corporate transactions. She has worked extensively with institutional sponsors and boutique managers of investment funds and their onshore counsel advising on the structuring, formation and on-going management of private equity and hedge funds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Grace has also been admitted to practice in the BVI and has extensive experience in corporate finance and regularly advises on general corporate and commercial law matters.
Grace joined the Singapore office of Maples and Calder in 2013. Prior to joining Maples and Calder, Grace worked at another offshore law firm in Singapore, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in London and Allen & Gledhill LLP in Singapore.
