David specialises in finance and capital markets, in particular asset finance, securitisation, repackaging and structured products as well as general banking. David has extensive experience in aviation finance and has represented lessors (both tax and operating), lessees, export credit agencies, arrangers and lenders on a multitude of asset financings, including securitisations of aircraft lease portfolios.
