Chris is the head of the BVI practice group of Maples and Calder in London. He has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including banking, structured and corporate finance and investment funds as well as both private and commercial trusts.
Professional Background
Chris joined Maples and Calder in 2004, on the merger with Smith-Hughes, Raworth & McKenzie in the BVI where he was Managing Partner. He previously worked for a firm in Turks and Caicos and before that, was counsel for Hilton International Hotels Limited and for Austin Reed PLC.
