Aideen advises on a variety of corporate law matters including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, corporate finance, shareholder arrangements and venture capital. Aideen also has experience in commercial law matters and advises extensively on intellectual property and information technology matters.
Aideen joined Maples and Calder as a trainee solicitor in 2008 and completed her training in Maples Dublin and Hong Kong offices. She also has worked a client secondment to a prominent aircraft leasing firm.
