Maples has many years' knowledge and experience of the business environment in the US and Canada, and provides legal advice on the laws of the Cayman Islands, Ireland and the British Virgin Islands to North American based clients with global international focused businesses.
Our North American practice operates from our offices in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands providing full-service legal advice for North American clients in a convenient time zone. Our teams in Dubai, Dublin, Hong Kong, London and Singapore also lend their experience to North American clients using Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands or Irish companies to do business in those regions.
Our practice supports institutions, legal firms and commercial and multinational corporate clients looking to form offshore companies, trusts and partnerships. Our expertise includes investment funds, structured finance, commercial and corporate finance, asset and project finance, international joint ventures and litigation. We have excellent working relationships with all major legal counsel and service providers throughout North America, ensuring that we can provide you with an integrated service tailored to your precise needs.
We also offer specialised fiduciary and administration services through our affiliate, MaplesFS, which has offices in New York and Montreal, as well as in the Cayman Islands.
