
Summer Vacation Programme
The purpose of the Programme is to give you an idea of what it might be like to work as a trainee at Maples and Calder. We make every effort to ensure that you will be exposed to an interesting and diverse range of work and tasks. In Dublin, you will complete three one-week rotations in different departments including Corporate, Finance, Funds, Litigation, Property and Tax.
Scheme Dates 2012
- Dublin - We will run two summer programmes this year in July and August.
- Cayman - We offer work experience throughout the year outside of term time.
How to apply - Dublin
We will be accepting applications for our Summer Vacation Programme from Monday, 6 February. Please send a copy of your CV with a covering letter to Margaret Hanrahan by Monday, 19 March. Candidates who are shortlisted for interview will be notified by mid-April.
Please note that our Summer Vacation Programme runs in conjunction with our Student Business Lawyer of the Year Award.
Pay
Those participating on our Dublin summer vacation programme are paid a bursary for the duration of the placement. Cayman undergraduates are paid US$250 per week.
