Student Business Lawyer of the Year Award

Following on the success of last year's inaugural Maples Student Business Lawyer of the Year Award we are delighted to announce that we will again run this Award in conjunction with our 2012 Summer Vacation Programme. The Award is designed to acknowledge students who excel in the skills and capabilities which are essential for successful business lawyers.

Students may be put forward by their university or may apply directly to Maples. Those who successfully gain a place on the programme will be elgible to compete for the Maples Student Business Lawyer of the Year Award. During the placement students will be assessed on their application of the law to business situations in an innovative way that delivers the optimal solution for the client.

The winning student will receive a commemorative medal, a monetary award and a further summer vacation programme in one of Maples' international offices.
